The Role: Bill Negotiator

We’re looking for resourceful and friendly bill negotiators to fight back against mega-corporations to help our customers lower their monthly bills and ultimately save them tons of money!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Outbound calling to telecommunication and other service providers (Bell, Telus, Rogers, etc) to negotiate the best price on behalf of our customers
  • Advising customers about the process, setting expectations, and delivering the great news that you saved them money
  • Documenting the negotiation process, and tracking results
  • Identifying savings "patterns" to optimize the bill negotiation process and deliver value consistently
  • Being on the frontline of creating a new and exciting product for a fast growing fintech

  • Communicator - you’re a great and attentive listener who knows how to get through to others

  • Relevant work experience: call center, retention for telecommunications, or sales
  • Bilingual English/French
  • General computer skills
